NATCHEZ — One person died Sunday evening after a fatal auto collision on U.S. 61 South near the intersection of Kingston Road.

Adams County coroner James Lee confirmed the death Sunday night and said other severe injuries also stemmed from the two-vehicle collision.

The name of the victim will be printed at a later date out of respect for the family.
