On March 24, an employee of Kaiser’s on U.S. 61 North was held at gunpoint by two men wearing plastic gloves and armed with pistols shortly before 3 a.m.

The men took the clerk to the back and stole approximately $300 in cash and an unknown amount of New Port cigarettes, according to an ACSO press release.

There were no injuries in the robbery.

After reviewing the surveillance video, investigators and patrol deputies discovered a vehicle that matched the description of the one used in the crime, according to the release.

A search of the vehicle recovered two guns that match the description in the video as well. The discovery of the vehicle and guns led investigators to the suspects.

No bond has been set for Cade or Riley.
