NATCHEZ — Adams County and Concordia Parish are a under tornado watch until 3 a.m. Monday and a flash flood warning until 10 a.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
A tornado watch means the potential exists for the development of thunderstorms, and that storms are capable of producing tornadoes.
The NWS doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain are moving across the Miss-Lou, with estimated rainfall amounts between two to four inches. An additional two to three inches is possible.
