NATCHEZ — Services for Ronnie Gayle Stevens Allred, 60, of Warren, Ark., formerly of Natchez, who died Sunday, April 20, 2014, in Little Rock, Ark., will be at 2 p.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rex Williams and the Rev. Gary Howington officiating.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Allred was born Nov. 24, 1953, in Natchez, the daughter of Paul L. Stevens and Alvinell Weatherly Stevens.

She was area supervisor for Sunbelt Development Corporation.

She was known to her grandchildren as “Gan Gan” and was proud of each and every one of them.

Mrs. Allred was preceded in death by her father; mother, Alvinell Weatherly Stevens Ervin; one son, Carol Ray Hester Jr.; grandparents, William Weatherly, Eunice Matthews Tarver, Joseph A. Stevens and Sally Erwin Stevens.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Allred; one son, Brian Allred and wife, Barbara, of Vidalia; two daughters, Tonya Hester Peavey and husband, Shaun, of Stuttgart, Ark. and Joy Hester Smith and fiancé, Steven De Soto, of Warren; six grandchildren, Brandon Hester, Justin Crappel, Brittany Crappel, Jessica Smith, Jacob Smith and Samantha Gayle Smith; one great-grandchild, Emma Renee Hester; four brothers, Timmy Stevens Sr. and wife, Diane, Richard Stevens Sr. and wife, Rhonda, Kenneth Stevens Sr. and wife, Peggy, and Joseph Stevens Sr., all of Natchez; and a number of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.

Pallbearers will be her nephews, Timmy Stevens Jr., Paul Stevens, Richard Stevens Jr., Kenneth Stevens Jr., Charles Stevens and Joseph Stevens Jr.
