Cathedral High School advances to state championship game

NATCHEZ — The Cathedral High School Green Wave baseball team will be heading to the state championship after sealing the win 1-0 in Game 3 agaisnt Stringer High School Monday evening in front of a packed Chester Willis field audience.

The Green Wave will play Smithville High School in Game 1 at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trustmark Park in Pearl.
