NATCHEZ — Funeral services for Brenda Marie Shows Parker, 63, of Natchez, who died Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Natchez Community Hospital were Saturday at Crosspoint Church in Natchez with the Rev. Andy Blair officiating.

Graveside services followed at Parker-Hardy Cemetery at Wallace Ridge, La., under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home.

Mrs. Parker was born May 11, 1951, in Bay City, Texas, the daughter of Hubert and Agnes Maher Shows.  She was a member of Crosspoint Church in Natchez, MS. She was a retired medical records clerk that retired from Natchez Regional Medical Center. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Larry G. Parker Sr.; three sons, Larry Glenn Parker Jr. and wife Ashley D. of Natchez, James Ray Parker and wife Ashley M. of Jonesville and Davy D. Parker and wife Manda of Wesson; three godchildren, Carla Bourgeois, Jason Muller and Dakota Ray Breaux; sister, Patti Shows Muller and husband Harold of Lafayette; brother, Kenneth Shows and wife Joan of Kiln; two half brothers, Norval Shows and Bert Shows; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren;  a number of nieces, nephews and friends; and four life-long friends, Linda Breaux, Tammy Dunaway, Tina Alleman, and Karen Bourgeois.

Pallbearers were Michael Wayne Parker, Justin Parker, Mikie McCallon, Ryan Mayo, John Muller and Jared Muller.

Honorary pallbearer was Jason Muller.
