Bridget Lyles and Eric Woods announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late William Lyles Sr. and Hattie Mae Lyles.

She is a graduate of South Natchez High School.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Woods of Natchez, the late Rachel Johnson of Natchez and the late Edward Lyles Sr. of New Orleans.

The groom-to-be is the son of the Delores Woods and the late Edgar Woods.

He is a graduate of North Natchez High School.

He is the grandson of Mrs. Rosie Lee Woods and the late Mr. Robert Woods of Natchez and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Sarah of New Orleans.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, July 12, 2014, at New Beginnings Baptist Church.

A reception will follow at Natchez Community Center.

Family and friends are invited, no children under 15 years of age, please.
