FERRIDAY — Services for Marie Trevillion, 75, of Waterproof, who died Monday, July 14, 2014, in Lafayette, will be at 2 p.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday with the Rev. Larry Foster officiating.

Burial will follow in Moneclova Cemetery in Waterproof under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Trevillion was born May 29, 1939, in Shreveport, the daughter of Henry Lee Goodwin and Edna Goodwin.

She was a loyal wife and mother.

Mrs. Trevillion was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Jerri Trevillion Wood and husband John Wood; one brother, Irvin Goodwin; two sisters, Betty Ann Smith and husband, Maurice Smith, and Ellen June Skipper; and one son-in-law, Fred Scott.

Survivors include her husband, Anon Trevillion; three daughters, Diane Scott of St. Joseph, Denise McBride and companion, Bob McCulloch, of Sunset, and Robin Kaiser and husband, Carl, of Natchez; five grandchildren, Todd Scott, Wesley Zeagler, Trey Kaiser and wife, Heather, Hudson Wood and Connor Wood; one great-granddaughter, Carlee Kaiser; three sisters, Mable Trevillion and husband, William, Wanda Hopkins and husband, J.E., all of Waterproof, and Henriette Thompson of Ferriday;

Pallbearers will be Wesley Zeagler, Todd Scott, Trey Kaiser, Hudson Wood, John Daves and Jared Skipper.

Honorary pallbearers will be William Trevillion, J.E. Hopkins, Steve Zeagler, Terry New and Randy McBride.
