FAYETTE — Services for Charles Perry “Peanut” “Bouncer “Johnson, 50, of Fayette, who died Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014, in Natchez, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Crown Point Church with the Rev. Marvin Enochs officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the church.
Mr. Johnson was born Sept. 19, 1963, in Jefferson County, the son of Ira and Ruby Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Ruby Nell Lowery.
Survivors include two sisters, Irene Short of Marrero, La., and Verlena Johnson of Fayette; seven brothers, James Johnson of Cannonsburg, Jimmy R. Johnson of Germany, Robert Johnson and wife, Faye, of Clayton, William Stan Johnson and wife, Mary, of Houma, La., Warren Johnson, Dennis Johnson, both of Vicksburg and Nathaniel Johnson of Louisville, Ky.; one nephew who was reared as a brother, Marvin Johnson of Fayette; six aunts; five uncles; special friends who he loved as family, Robert Case and wife, Kim, Justin Case and wife, Shannon, Elinor “Honey” Case, Charles Case and Nathaniel King; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
