Adams County Christian School soccer player Julianna Wallace has been named to the Mississippi Athletic Independent School Division II First-Team All-District.

Wallace, who played tennis earlier this season, decided to play soccer when head coach Jimmy Allgood begged her too.

Wallace led the team in assists, and became a vital piece of the team, setting up scoring opportunities with her passing.

“I was really surprised because this is my first year of soccer, and the first time I ever touched a soccer ball was two weeks before practice started,” Wallace said.

Wallace and the Rebels’ soccer season has concluded, as ACCS came up two goals short of making the playoffs in terms of power points.
