Everyone is invited to the fair…the Co-Lin Natchez Campus 2014 College Fair.

Copiah-Lincoln Community College Natchez is delighted to sponsor our 24th annual College Fair Wednesday. More than two dozen college representatives, military recruiters and other agencies are scheduled to be at the college fair.

The fair will be hosted from 9 a.m. to noon in the Redd/Watkins Vocational Technical Center. Co-Lin is honored to sponsor this event not just for our students but for our community.

We are inviting the community to attend this free event and meet the various recruiters and representatives. Several local high schools are planning to bring groups of students, to explore their options in taking the next step in their future.

“This is an excellent opportunity for area students to meet and talk with recruiters and counselors from a wide range of colleges,” said Co-Lin Natchez Vice President Teresa Busby. “Of course, we’ll have our own Co-Lin representatives there, too.”

We have invited a representative from most of the major public and private colleges and universities in Mississippi, Louisiana and surrounding states in addition to representatives from all branches of the Armed Forces.

Here is a list of the Mississippi schools who have been invited and traditionally send representatives: Alcorn State University, Alcorn State University School of Nursing, Alcorn State University School of Business Natchez Campus, Belhaven College, Jackson State University, Millsaps College, Mississippi College, Mississippi State University, Mississippi University for Women, Mississippi Valley State University, Tougaloo College, University of Mississippi, University of Mississippi Medical Center, University of Southern Mississippi and William Carey College.

Colleges and Universities from Louisiana and surrounding states also participate in the fair. The following is a list of those invited: Louisiana State University, Louisiana State University Alexandria, Louisiana Tech University, Nashville Auto-Diesel College, Northwestern State University, Southeastern Louisiana University, Southern University of Baton Rouge, University of Louisiana at Monroe, University of New Orleans and Xavier University.
