Oct. 3-9:

Kerry Johnson charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Amanda Richardson charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Shawn Washington pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Washington also pleaded guilty to possession of a Schedule V controlled substance.

Friday, Oct. 3:

Perez Calcote, 34, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Rashonda N. Seals, 27, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Destiny Juanyee Smith, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Wednesday, Oct. 8:

Miaya M. Allen, 22, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to files at request of officer. Allen was also charged with simple assault. Lonnie Glenn Jr., 45, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days served. Banned from all Dollar General Stores locations. Fine set at $573 minus $100 credit. Must pay a fine of $473.

Jasmine Washington, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $923.

Delandro J. Bell, 25, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure. Sentenced to 10 days with five days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for five days served. Fine set at $373. Bell was also charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to files in consideration of other plea.

David Shawn Hartman, 38, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to files in consideration of other plea. Hartman also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days with 25 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for five days served. Fine set at $623 minus $75 credit. Must pay a fine of $548.
