WOODVILLE — It did not take long for University Academy of Cenla to establish its presence Friday night against an undermanned and overmatched Wilkinson County Christian Academy team.

The Lions, one of the top team in MAIS Class A, had a 32-0 lead early in the second quarter and cruised to a 48-0 win over a Rams team that showed very little resistance.

No other information on the game was available. The win allowed University Academy to improve to 8-1 on the season. But it probably did little to help the Lions as far as power points are concerned.

WCCA (2-7) plays host to Christian Home Educators Fellowship (CHEF) for senior night Friday with a 7 p.m. kickoff.
