Friday, Oct. 10

Monica S. Evans, 43, found guilty of simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $623 minus $300 suspended. Must pay a fine of $323.

Angela Beamer/Robinson, 38, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Curtis Brown Jr., 50, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days served. Fine set at $373.

Anthony Dion Green, 50, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Dewitte Tyrone Nelson, 40, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Dion Catrell Malone, 26, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.

Antonio Foster, 27, pleaded guilty to contempt of court — did not complete w/r. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.

Kenzell Isaac pleaded guilty to disturbing a family — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473 minus $25 suspended. Must pay a fine of $448.

Wednesday, Oct. 15

Herbert Arnold, 86, charged with simple assault attempt to create fear. Case dismissed — motion of prosecution and agreement with court for medical reasons.

Willie Duck, 37, charged with shoplifting —first offense. Case dismissed – C. Washington unavailable but R. Mason appeared with evidence.

Ashley D. Ellis, 28, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace of a business. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from property. Fine set at $648.

Shameka Fort Lucas, 39, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $623.

Gail D. Atwood, 50, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Burke’s Outlet locations. Fine set at $573.
