FERRIDAY — Services for James Smith Jr., 78, of Ferriday, who died Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at The Crossing of Clarity Hospital in Baton Rouge, will be at noon Saturday at Greater St. Reed Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Justin Conner officiating.

Burial will follow at the Ferriday City Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
