Friday, Oct. 17:

Breante Butler, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Belk locations. Fine set at $573.

Felicia Butler, 36, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Belk locations. Fine set at $573. Butler pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Belk locations. Fine set at $323.

Alexander Moore, 23, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for three days served. Fine set at $523.

Jerry Turner, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Zippy’s locations. Fine set at $573.

Monday, Oct. 20:

Aaron C. Bleidt, 29, found guilty of disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $498.

Tuesday, Oct. 21:

Thomas W. Thompson, 22, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 60 days with 50 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for 10 days served. Fine set at $450.

Jasmonique A. Watkins, 22, charged with aggravated assault — domestic violence (felony). Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $45,000 to $30,000.

Richard T. Norman III, 22, charged with credit card or numbers use with intent to defraud. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond increased from $6,000 to $8,500.

Robert Hawkins, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor trespassing less than larceny. Sentenced to 60 days with 54 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days suspended. Fine set at $450.

Boyce Terrell, 54, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of stolen property. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $450. Restitution set at $90 to be paid to Natchez Pawn Shop. Terrell also charged with misdemeanor false pretense. Case dismissed in consideration of guilty plea to felony charge.

Richard T. Norman III, 22, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. No fine assessed. Restitution set at $781.20 to be paid to Walmart.

Wednesday, Oct 22:

Laquandria Mills, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
