NATCHEZ — Services for Carrie E. Murray Warfield, 102, of Natchez, who died Monday, Nov. 3, 2014, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Murray Temple Church of God in Christ with the Rev. Elijah Lewis and the Rev. Morris Murray officiating.

Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Warfield was born April 19, 1912, in Adams County, the daughter of Jacob H. Murray and Donettia Earley Murray.

She was a member of Murray Temple Church of God in Christ.

Mrs. Warfield was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Warfield; four brothers, John Lee Murray, James Murray, Wilson Murray and Samuel Murray; and one sister, Cenettia Luster.

Survivors include five sisters, Marie Hartsfield, Leola Johnson, DeElla Lewis and husband, David, Rose Lee Williams and husband, Louis, and Willa Carpenter and husband, Sam; two brothers, Levy Murray and the Rev. Morris Murray and wife, Laura; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
