NATCHEZ — Services for Jerry Chris Streetman, 58, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Community Chapel Church of God with the Rev. Bo Swilley officiating.

Burial will follow at the Greenlawn Memorial Parkway Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.
