As we approach the holidays, Stewpot is asked, “what are plans for the Holidays and how can I help.”

As always, Stewpot plans to serve traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. We usually serve nearly 350 free meals on these Holiday days. You can help. This year we need a total of 35 turkeys; you donate a frozen turkey prior to Nov. 24 by taking it to Stewpot (back door) between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. A day or two before Thanksgiving or Christmas, the meals will be enhanced with your gift of a cooked turkey, ham, dressing, casserole, rolls, cake and pie, among others. These meals are our Holiday gifts to the need we serve.
