He was happily married to Patti Metz Percy for 35 years. He cherished his daughter, Cara Grace “Carrie” Percy Carter. There are no words to express his love and pride for his precious child.

When she married, he also gained a son and business partner, David B. Carter, who he wholeheartedly took under his wings. He touched so many with his smile, knowledge and never-ending talents.

He was truly admired by his family, many friends and all who he adopted throughout his life. He passed along wisdom, which surpassed his years to so many.

Words can never fully describe how truly one of a kind he was and although he will be greatly missed, he will live on through each of us.
