MONTEREY — Graveside services for infant Weldon Payne Forman, who died Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, will be at 2 p.m. today at the New Era Baptist Church Cemetery in Monterey with the Rev. Dennis Baker officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Weldon was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Roland Gilbert.

Survivors include his mother, Tarra Forman; his father, Eunice Gilbert; one brother, Grayson Gilbert; grandmother, Fonda Collins; and grandfathers, Weldon Collins and Mike Forman.

Pallbearer will be Andrew Forman.
