FERRIDAY — Services for Estelle “Jo” Butler, 56, of Lake Concordia, who died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015, at her residence, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Young’s Funeral Home Chapel in Ferriday with the Rev. Wayne Spencer officiating.

Burial will follow at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Mrs. Butler was born March 14, 1958, in Sterling, Ill., the daughter of Harold and Shirley Portner.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Matthew Adams; and one brother, Bruce Lawrence Portner.

Survivors include her husband, James Butler of Zachery, La.; two grandsons, Jordan Matthew Adams and Isaac Sutton Adams; her lifelong friends and sisters, Patricia, Mecheal, Kandie, Terri, Tracey, Linda, Mystya, Pennie and Sharon; and a number of nieces and nephews who will greatly miss her.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Perrin, Austin Perrin, Tyler Cothern, Phillip Webber, Henry Hanson and Lee Smith.
