NATCHEZ — A customer service seminar led by Jenny Nolen will be hosted in downtown Natchez today.

The seminar will focus on providing a win-win solution for businesses and the customers served.

Two sessions of the seminar will be held at the Natchez Convention Center today. The first session is from 10 a.m. to noon and the second is from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Those who want to attend can register by calling the Natchez-Adams County Chamber of Commerce at 601-445-4611. Registration is $20 per person.

The seminar is hosted by the chamber and the Natchez Convention and Visitors Bureau.
