Friday, Jan. 23:
Da’larren White, 21, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.
David Micheal Langbehn, 38, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
Mark Patterson, 49, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $159.
Sherman L. Dotson Jr., 45, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Monday, Jan. 26:
Emerald Eden Wheeler, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. No sentencing assessed. Fine set at $498 minus $100 suspended. Must pay a fine of $398.
Zachary Lamar Mason, 39, found guilty of disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. No sentencing assessed. Fine set at $498.
Curtis D. Sanders, 40, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Satisfied by time served. Banned from K Mart. Fine set at $623.
Ketdricka Williams, 20, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace of a business. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $448.
Roy Lorenzo White, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Justin Wayne Bass, 34, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.
Zachary McKnight, 19, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.
Robert J. White, 50, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior to run concurrently. Total fine set at $834.18.
