MEADVILLE — Services for Willie Bell Priest, 84, of Roxie, who died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015, at Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville, will be at 1 p.m. today at Providence Baptist Church in Meadville with the Rev. Calvin Wactor officiating.

A graveside service will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the church.

Mrs. Priest was born Jan. 8, 1931, in Franklin County, the daughter of CD and Hattie Ikerd Faust.

She was a member of Providence Baptist Church.

Mrs. Priest worked for a number of years as a seamstress at Movie Star Factory in Bude. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother that loved her family and church family deeply.

Mrs. Priest was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Troy Priest Sr.; one daughter, Lydia Priest; five sisters, Bessie Corban, Dorothy Shackelford, Ruby Davis, Peggy Thompson and Jo Ann White; and three brothers, James Faust, Morris “B” Faust and Arthur “Sonny” Faust.

Survivors include one son, Troy “Randy” Priest Jr. and wife, Gloria, of Roxie; two daughters, Mona Priest Ward and husband, Melvin, and Hattie Priest Goodson and husband, Denver, all of Meadville; two sisters, Betty Faust Lipsey and husband, JD, of Monterey, La., and Charles Faust Burley of Dubach, La.; 12 grandchildren, Melanie Priest Harrell and husband, Willie, Laura Priest, Harrell, Brandy Priest Wheeler and husband, Locke, Jamie Ward and wife, Tracy, Jennifer Ward Combs and husband, Garrick, Kimberly Ward Wallace and husband, David, Kasey Ward Johnson and husband, Chad, Melissa Goodson Woodcock and husband, Heath, Stacy Goodson Coker and husband, Lewis, Quentien Garretson and wife, Christy, and Michelle Garretson; 24 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Ward, Quentien Garretson, Sebastian Harrell, Joey Priest, Landon Harrell, Ayden Harrell and Lewis Coker.

Honorary pallbearers will be nephews.
