FERRIDAY — Services for Lee Ann Carswell, 88, of Ferriday, formerly of Clayton, who died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at Heritage Manor Health & Rehab Center in Ferriday, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter Baptist Church in Rehobeth, Ala.

Burial will be at Hinson Cemetery in Graceville, Fla.

Arrangements are under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday and Christian Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Graceville, Fla.

Mrs. Carswell was born April 26, 1926, in Clayton, the daughter of Alfred and Amie Walker Cotton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Carswell; and one daughter, Robbie Carswell.

Survivors include four daughters, Dr. Sarah Lee of Ferriday, Vivian Carswell of Colorado Springs, Colo., Nettie Smoot of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Debbie Holloway of Utah; two sons, Robert Carswell of Slocomb, Ala., and Carl Carswell of Hutchinson, Minn.; and a number of grandchildren.
