NATCHEZ — Services for Ashley G. Williams Marsaw, 30, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Cade officiating.2:27 AshleyMarsaw obitpic

Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 5:45 p.m. with a celebration of life wake service at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation will continue Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.

Mrs. Marsaw was born Sept. 20, 1984, in Natchez, the daughter of Lee Williams III and Gale Mazique Williams.

She was a 2003 graduate of Natchez High School, a graduate of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and a graduate of Alcorn State University. She was employed by Natchez Grand Hotel.

Ashley attended Word of Faith Ambassadors Worship Center. She enjoyed hanging with her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her father; her grandfather, Lee Williams; and grandmother, Anna Gales Mazique.

Survivors include her husband, Jermaine Marsaw; one daughter, Brooke Ashley Baldwin; her mother; two brothers, Christopher J. Williams Sr. and wife, Jamie, and Willie D. Johnson and wife, Janice; two sisters, Brenda White and Troy Lynn Paxton; grandmother, Dorothy Champ; 10 aunts, Mamie C. Mazique, Mamie L. Mazique, Naomi Hall, Betty Minor, Linda Jennings and husband, Ralph, Joanne White and husband, Cortez, Fannie R. Champ, Elaine Williams-Given, Anniece Williams of Oxen Hill, Md.,and Cynthia Weir of New Orleans; three uncles, Johnie L. Williams of Baton Rouge, Tyronne Williams and wife, Constance, of New Orleans and Michael Peters of Los Angeles; special friends, Darryl Morray and Tamece Williams; and other relatives and friends.
