NATCHEZ — Mississippi Blood Services will be hosting a community blood drive in Natchez on March 10, from noon to 6 p.m. The blood drive will take place at the Natchez Walmart. All donors will receive a T-shirt. Donors can now check their overall cholesterol levels on their MBSConnect account.

“First responders and ER medical teams are amazing individuals who save lives every day,” Susan Ates, MBS Public Relations Specialist said. “But they can’t do it without the help of blood donors—people like you who roll up your sleeves before the emergency arises. You are as much a part of that life-saving team as they are. Without blood donors giving the gift of life, many of those patients would not make it.”
