PEARL — Services for Kenneth Lamar Bryant Sr., 83, who died Thursday, March 5, 2015, at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Jude Catholic Church in Pearl.

Burial will follow at the Lakewood Memorial Park under the direction of Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until service time Sunday at the church.

Mr. Bryant was a faithful member of St. Jude Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served honorably in the Korean War.

He retired from Entergy after 36 years of service.

Mr. Bryant enjoyed turkey hunting, fishing and was an avid Atlanta Braves baseball and Ole Miss football fan.

He was preceded in death by two siblings, Milton Bryant and Irma Hollingsworth.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Mary D’Angelo Bryant; two sons, Kenneth Lamar Bryant Jr. and Carl William Bryant and wife, Kim; one daughter, Theresa Odum and husband, Bill; two sisters, Evelyn Wilkins and Carol Bowers and husband, Jack; and three grandchildren, Jennifer Marie Bryant and her mother, Cynthia Mosley, William Lofton and Mary Elizabeth Odum.
