LORMAN — Services for Laura “Diane” Patten, 57, of Lorman, who died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. today at Fellowship Baptist Church with the Rev. Kemp Burley Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at the McCaa Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the church.

Ms. Patten was born July 15, 1957, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Oscar Nichols and Sarah Lee Patten.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Landon Doss; and three brothers, Clarence Patten, Square Patten and Oscar Nichols Jr.

Survivors include eight children, Christine Scott, Alicia Patten, Jennifer Patten, Dewayne Patten, Andrew Patten, George Patten, Anthony Patten and Charles Patten; one brother, Henry Patten; five sisters, Annie Patten, Annie Mae Banks, Shelia Gaines, Cassandra Doss and Wendel Davis; 22 grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
