NATCHEZ — Services for Nancy Curtis White, 87, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at King Solomon Baptist Church.

Burial will be at a later date at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 p.m. until service time Sunday, both at church.

Mrs. White was born Feb. 6, 1928, in Adams County, the daughter of Levi and Frances Scott Curtis.

She was a member of Clearmount Baptist Church and the Queen Esther Chapter No. 1 Order of Eastern Star, Adah Grand Chapter.

Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. White Sr.; one son, Edward “Aroy” White; three daughters, Janie Conway Miles, Dorothy Marie Minor and Lydia White Seals; one grandson, Michael Anthony White Jr.; one granddaughter, Elanda Faye Wallace; three sisters, Mary White, Martha Curtis Alexander and Amelia Little; and four brothers, Wilbert Curtis, Levi Curtis Jr., Elbert Curtis and Willie Ross.

Survivors include three sons, the Rev. Michael A. White and wife, Joyce, of Port Gibson, Robert L. White Jr. and Walter L. White and wife, Debbie, all of Natchez; four daughters, Gwendolyn D. White, Charlene White. Nancy A. White and Deloris W. White and husband, Tommie, all of Natchez; and a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
