JONESVILLE — Services for Robert “Dan” Holley, 74, of Jonesville, who died Saturday, March 14, 2015, in Jonesville, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Good Road Pentecostal Church in Jonesville with the Rev. Bryan Taylor, the Rev. Chad Franklin and the Rev. Terry Summerlin officiating.
Burial will follow at the Harris Cemetery near Crowville, La., under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the church.
Mr. Holley was born Nov. 7, 1940, in Jenny, Ark., the son of Eugene and Elizabeth Holley.
He was a member of Good Road Pentecostal Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Charlotte Ann Holley; two sisters; and three brothers.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Ford Holley; two sons, Robert Daniel Holley Jr. of Fayette and Glen Allen Holley of Pine Bluff, Ark.; one daughter, Wendy D. Holley of Sicily Island; two brothers, Larry Holley of Jonesville, Jimmy Holley of Columbia, La.; two sisters, Lucille Womack of Minden, La., and Betty Mason of Harrisonburg; three stepdaughters, Charlotte Hamilton of Olla, La., Sharon Ganey of Dry Prong, La., and Cassandra Robinson of Deville, La.; one stepson, Greg Coleman of Vidalia; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Seth Holley, Heath Holley, Brady Ratcliff, Larry Holley Jr., Randy Mason, Jerry Mason, Lonnie Holley and Ronnie Holley.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Rev. Ernest Taylor, the Rev. Joey Lance, the Rev. Reggie Whatley and the Rev. Kenny Creel.
