GLOSTER — Services for Ruth Marie McGraw, 83, of Gloster, who died Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at her residence, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Gloster with the Rev. Joe Weaver officiating.
Burial will follow at the Mars Hill Cemetery in Wilkinson County under the direction of Brown Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from noon until service time Thursday, both at the funeral home.
Mrs. McGraw was born March 18, 1931, in Wilkinson County, the daughter of Walter Cavin and Florence Felter Cavin.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. McGraw was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lum McGraw; and three sons, Steve Cox, Ralph Nettles and Williams Nettles.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Whittington and husband, Lemuel, and Sue Partin and husband, Andrew; three sons, Carl Nettles and wife, Tammy, Bobby Nettles and wife, Cheryl, and Morris Nettles; a special daughter-in-law, Betty J. Nettles; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
The family extends a special thank you to Hospice for the care given to Mrs. Ruth.
