NATCHEZ — Services for Katie L. Demby, 57, of Natchez, who died Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Promise Hospital of Miss-Lou in Vidalia, will be at 1 p.m. today at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Martin Luther Kind Road.

Burial will follow at the Sun set View Memorial Park Funeral Home under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at 11 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mrs. Demby was born Oct. 12, 1928, in Natchez, the daughter of Ned King Sr. and Irene Games King.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe Demby; one son, Michael Demby; two sisters, Irene Dilliard and Isabelle Anderson; and one brother, Ralph King.

Survivors include two sisters, Susie Brown and husband, Samuel, and Ollie King; three brothers, Ned King Jr., Isaac King and wife, Mary, and John King and wife, Ruth, all of Natchez; one stepson, Joe Demby Jr.; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
