Blaise Bass and Noah Womack announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their mother, Brittanny Marie McEntyre to Darwin Bradley Adams, son of Curtis and Ethel Lambright of Monterey.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Allan and Liz Whitehead of Monterey and Dee Peters and Mike McEntyre of Norman, Okla.

She is employed by Bill Mayer Insurance Agency of Ferriday.

She is the granddaughter of the late JD Ames and Mattie Ames of Monterey and Elbert and Nancy McEntyre of Wildsville, La.

The groom-to-be is employed by Goldman Equipment of Stacy, La.

He is the grandson of Darwin Enlow of Monterey and Ruth McWilliams of Jackson.

The wedding will be at 7 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2015, at the home of the bride’s parents, Allan and Liz Whitehead, 6235 Highway 129, in Monterey.

A reception will follow the ceremony.
