Carl and Robin Walker of Woodville announce the engagement of their daughter, Caroline Elaine Walker to Logan Dane Garner of Church Hill, son of Therese Garner and the late Richard Dale Garner of Natchez

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wilkinson County Christian Academy in Woodville and will graduate from William Carey University in Hattiesburg in May.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Elaine Byrd of Centreville and the late Buck Byrd and Edward and Kathleen Walker of Woodville.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and a graduate of Mississippi State University in Starkville. He is employed by Red Gum Planting Company in Ferriday.

He is the grandson of JoAnne Dukes of Jackson and the late Richard Daniels and the late Jimmie Ruth Garner and the late Aubrey Garner of Roxie.

The wedding will be at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Corinth Church of Christ in Woodville with the Rev. Bernard Waites officiating.

A reception will follow at the Natchez Community Center.

The couple will live in Natchez.
