VIDALIA — Services for Georgia Lee Arthur, 81, of Clayton, who died Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Beverly Park Place in Knoxville, Tenn., will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Young’s Funeral Home Chapel in Vidalia with the Rev. Richard Cullum officiating.

Burial will follow at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Arthur was born Feb. 3, 1934, in Foules, La., the daughter of Frank Dobson and Sarah Thompson Dobson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Shelby Arthur; three sons, Marion Arthur, Harry Arthur and Billy Ray Guillot; one daughter, Sarah Cupit; one brother, Ed Dobson; two sisters, Geneva Denny and Lennie Dobson; and one grandson, Michael Cupit.

Survivors include one daughter, JoAnn Harper of Vidalia; one son, Tommy Joe Arthur and wife, Leilani, of Knoxville; one son-in-law, Glenn Cupit of Vidalia; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Cupit, Brad Cupit, Anthony Cupit, J.D. Denny, Bryan Robinson and Richard Cupit.

Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Terral and Martin Geoghegan.
