FERRIDAY — Services for Bernadine Graham Jackson, 64, of Fort Polk, La., formerly of Ferriday, who died Friday, June 19, 2015, at the Canon Health Care Hospice in New Orleans, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at New Morning Star Baptist Church in Ferriday with Barbara Matthews officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be at 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Jackson was born March 23, 1951, in Natchez, the daughter of Leo and Leona Williams Graham.

She was a retired logistician for the U.S. Army.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Leo Graham Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence Jackson Sr.; one daughter, Andrea Jackson of Fort Polk; one son, Clarence Jackson Jr. of Madison, Ala.; two brothers, Omar W. Graham and wife, Sandra, of Broadview, Ill., and Roy Lee James and wife, Wanda, of Silver Springs, Colo.; two sisters, Kathy G. Powell and husband, Dale, of Monroe, La., and Jacquelyn G. Leonard of Alexandria, La.; one brother-in-law, Maurice Brown of Detroit; four sisters-in-law, Sandra R. Graham of Flint, Mich., Debra Brown, Sandra Brown and Michelle Brown, all of Detroit; four grandchildren; three aunts, Julia Graham-Jolla of Leesville, La., Mary Graham of Wisner, La., and Nana Graham of Flint.
