SCOTTSBORO, Ala. — Graveside services for Derrell Lyn Smith, 61, of Scottsboro, Ala., formerly of Natchez, who died Monday, June 22, 2015, will be at 3 p.m. today at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Scottsboro Funeral Home in Scottsboro, Ala.

Mr. Smith graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor of fine arts. He was an artist.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Huff Smith; one daughter, Sarah Breanne Sims and husband, Brad; one grandson, Riley Sims; one brother, Harold Smith and wife, Judith; and a number of stepchildren, nieces and nephews.
