BROOKHAVEN — Services for Roger Dale Smith, 66, of Union Church, who died Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. today at the Riverwood Family Funeral Service.

Burial will follow at the Union Church Cemetery under the direction of Riverwood Family Funeral Service.

Visitation will be at 9 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith was born Aug. 13, 1948, the son of Roger Smith and Maude Varnado Smith.

He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gerald C. Smith.

Survivors include two brothers, Owen Wayne Smith and wife, Edwin Faye, and Holton Farran Smith and wife, Janet; and a number of nieces and nephews.
