VIDALIA — Services for Kenneth Lee Johnson, 55, of Vidalia, who died Friday, July 17, 2015, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, will be 3 p.m. today at the Vidalia First Assembly of God with the Rev. Barry Brister officiating.

Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Harrisonburg, La., under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time today at the church.

Mr. Johnson was born Sept. 25, 1955, in Natchez, the son of David Otis Johnson Sr. and Ola Stewart Johnson.

He was a member of the Vidalia First Assembly of God.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents; his father-in-law, Fred Herring Jr.; and one sister, Connie Lynn Johnson.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Herring Johnson; one daughter, Connie Johnson Liebig and husband, Benjiman; four grandchildren, Noah Liebig, Ashley Liebig, Brittney Liebig and Paislee Liebig, all of Manchester, Tenn.; mother-in-law, Emma Herring; one brother, David D. Johnson Jr. and wife, Carolyn; three sisters, Theresa Hancock Johnson, Ola E. “Liz” Johnson and Kathryn Johnson Martin and husband, Joseph; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
