Mr. George Chisholm of Centreville and Iris Fountain Neff of Baton Rouge announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashanta Fountain to Jason Jones, son of Mr. Roger and Mrs. Jimmie Jones of New Augusta.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wilkinson County High School and Alcorn State University. She is employed by Corrections Corporation of America as a registered nurse.

She is the great-granddaughter of the late Mrs. Gladys Selvage Scott.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Perry Central High School and Alcorn State University. He is employed by Mississippi State University as a 4-H agent.

The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015, at Forest Aid Baptist Church in Natchez.

A reception will follow at the Natchez Community Center. Family and friends are invited.
