FAYETTE — Services for Tobias Ke’Ontray “Toby” O’Quinn, 20, of Fayette, who died Friday, July 31, 2015, at his residence, will be noon Friday at New Life Empowerment Temple in Fayette with the Rev. Charles Cotton officiating.

Burial will follow at Poplar Hill African Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery in Fayette under the direction of Spencer Funeral Home in Fayette.
