NATCHEZ — Services for Pearl Lee Harris, 90, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, at Merit Health Natchez Community Campus, will be noon Sunday at Milford Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Eddie Alsworth officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home, with Eastern Star services from 7 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue Sunday from 11 a.m. until service time at the church.

Ms. Harris was born Oct. 19, 1924, in Natchez, the daughter of Horace and Ruth Foster Harris.

She accepted Christ at an early age at Milford Missionary Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and attended Milford as a faithful member until she became ill.

She was a dedicated and loyal employee of The Natchez Sanatorium for 11 years and Jefferson Davis Memorial Hospital for more than 30 years as an environmental service supervisor.

Ms. Harris was an active member of Edna Anderson Chapter No. 11 Order of the Eastern Star and M.B.P.F.B. Society.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Horace Harris Jr. and Leon Harris Sr.; two sisters, Clara Lee “Doll” Randall and Elizabeth Todd; three sons, Bernard Wilson Jr., Luther Charles Harris and Robert “Rosco” Harris Wilson.

Survivors include one daughter, Lee Edna Bacon and husband, Paul; one daughter-in-law, Ada M. Wilson; two grandchildren, Rodney S. Wilson and wife, Yolanda, and Clairessa Wilson; three great-grandchildren, Kaylee M. Wilson, Brooklynn C. Williams and Koydee J. Lucas; and one godchild, Deatric Curtis.
