DENHAM SPRINGS, LA.— Services for Tammy Lea Carroll Ragusa, 52, who died Sept. 6, 2015, at her home in Denham Springs, La., will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at first Pentecostal Church in Denham Springs with the Rev. Ray Johnson officiating.
Burial will be at Resthaven Garden of Memories, Baton Rouge.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the church, and will resume 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m.
Tammy always had an active role in her church, serving the Lord through her anointed singing and piano/organ playing. She loved the Lord with all of her being and constantly kept a close relationship with Him. A radiant smile always covered her countenance.
Through her service of the Lord and the telling of her testimony, she reached countless lives. She was known for her decorating eye that was shown in her home, friends’ homes and with whomever needed her help. She had a heart for those around her. She loved to spend time with her family and friends. She is now at rest with her best friend and mother. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Carroll Sr. and Gracie Rutledge Carroll; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joseph and Norma Ragusa.
She is survived by her husband, Pete Ragusa; son, Gabe Ragusa; brother, Robert “Bubba” Carroll Jr. and wife, Darlynn; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Margaret and A.J. Melon, Jean Boudreaux, Joey Ragusa, Cathy and Glen Magee, Rhonda and Chester Latteff, Paula and John Love, John and Andrea Ragusa, Phadra and Vincent Ragusa, Tammy and Darryl Roberts; 21 nieces and nephews, each and every one of them were dear to her; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
