Hollis Green pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace.

Lalila McGrew pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace.

Mardriquez Carr pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace.

Charlie Rodgers pleaded guilty to simple assault.

Carlos Ward pleaded guilty to malicious mischief.

Andrew Morgan charged with possession of stolen property. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Kenneth Leonard charged with uttering a forgery. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Friday, Sept. 11:

Evie Morris, 38, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Lakeisha Warfield, 19, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Sheneice Warfield, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Jennifer Dungan, 42, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Monday, Sept. 14:

William Maxie, 49, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Roberta Louise White, 35, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.

Wednesday, Sept. 16:

Caleb Walton, 44, pleaded guilty to amended charge of disturbing the peace – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for one day served. Fine set at $698.

Ashley Smith, 28, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $46.03.
