NATCHEZ — An unregistered sex offender who has reportedly been living in Adams County and Concordia Parish for several years was recently turned into police.

An Adams County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said a concerned resident reported Kevin Harrigill, 46, as an unregistered sex offender living in Adams County.

Harrigill pleaded guilty in January 1997 to indecent behavior with juveniles in Concordia Parish.

Harrigill received a suspended sentence of five years of hard labor with the Louisiana Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. He served no jail time and was placed on active supervised probation.

Harrigill has a second address and works in Concordia Parish and was advised by ACSO to register with the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office sex offender registrar immediately, the spokesperson said.
