ROXIE — Services for Deloris Jean Arbuthnot Smith, 65, of Roxie, who died Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be at 3:30 p.m. today at New Beginning Missionary Baptist Church in Natchez with the Rev. Kenneth Stanton officiating.

A memorial slideshow will be at 2:30 p.m. at the church.

Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Smith was born on Nov. 4, 1949 in Natchez to Charles Cleveland Arbuthnot Sr. and Annie Bertha Turner Arbuthnot.

She is preceded in death by her mother; husband, Emile Smith; one son, Cleveland Ezell Wilson; one sister, Rose Arrington and one brother, Charles Arbuthnot Jr.

Survivors include her father and his wife, Exelena; two children, Marcia Wilson and Clarence Wilson; three grandchildren, Devonte Turner, Diamond Turner and Kassidy Bernard, all of Natchez; four sisters, Daisy Arbuthnot Baker and husband, Carl, Mary Arbuthnot Bates, both of Natchez, Addie Arbuthnot Allen and husband, Marcel, of Palmdale, Calif., and Annie Arbuthnot Price and husband, Percy, of Hinesville, Ga.; one brother, Clarence Arbuthnot and wife, Deborah, of Gulfport; one brother-in-law, Robert Arrington Sr. of Natchez and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
