Noel Wayne Walker Jr. of Pineville, La., and Margaret VaJay Walker of Vidalia announce the engagement of their daughter, Savannah Danice Walker to Robert Cody Allen, son of Christopher Dean Allen of Natchez and the late Theda Marie Cupit of Vidalia.

The bride-to-be is employed by Tensas State Bank in Vidalia.

She is the granddaughter of Steve and Pricilla Hill of Clayton, the late Richard Matthews of Waterproof, Noel Wayne Walker and Sadie Easom, both of Lake St. John.

The groom-to-be is employed by Moncla E-line Services LLC in Vidalia.

He is the grandson of the late Bob and Lou Cupit and the late L.C. and Agnes Allen, all of Natchez.

The wedding will be 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at Kingston Community Center in Natchez.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
