WILDSVILLE, La. — Services for Margarutte Lewis, 73, of Ferriday, who died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015, at her residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Wildsville, La.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Lewis was born Dec. 27, 1941, in Frogmore, the daughter of Albert and Pearl Richardson Lewis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters, Annie McCray, Rose Lewis, Josephine Lewis and Anna Smith.

Survivors include two sisters, Judy Lewis and Louella Lewis, both of Ferriday and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
